As a small child I loved working with my hands in my father's custom boot company. This love, coupled with an inherited desire to help others, led me to pursue a doctorate degree in dentistry. I graduated in 1984 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Since that time, I've devoted a significant amount of time to refining my craft through continuing dental education.
In 1998, I began sharing my extensive experience and passion for advanced dental techniques with my professional colleagues. I've had the privilege of educating thousands of dentists around the world on advanced dental procedures and techniques through dental education workshops and clinical seminars.
When I am not practicing dentistry, I enjoy family time with my wife, Lee Ann, my daughter Morgan, and my son Zachary. If I can sneak some 'alone' time, I love to play golf and follow my Spurs.
Thank you for placing your trust and confidence in our practice, and we look forward to getting to know you better!

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. After finishing college at Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting, I started my dental education at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. From the city’s friendly feel to the school’s roots, I knew it was a great match. I gained my D.D.S. in 2010. I graduated with honors in research and continued on to complete a 2 year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. My residency allows me to provide my patients with an extra level of training and comfort. Part of the residency program allowed me to get my certification for Moderate Sedation (oral and IV) as well as additional training in implant placement. By completing a 2 year residency, I was able to work with complex patients and see them to completion. I recently completed training for Six Month Smiles and am looking forward to helping our patients achieve the straight, healthy teeth they desire with this program.
Dr. Little and I met in 2012 and were able to start practicing together in 2013. I feel very blessed to be a member of such an outstanding practice and look forward to treating you and your family. I am committed to continuing my education in order to maintain the highest quality of care. I am a past president of the San Antonio chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry and I received my fellowship for over 500 hours continuing education hours in 2015.
My husband Richard and I were married in March of 2013, and we welcomed our sweet baby boy in June 2016. In my spare time, I love reading, movies, puzzles, anything Disney, and watching my beloved Cubs and Texas A&M Aggies.

I have been a hygienist for 30 years, 25 of those years at PID. I have all the tools and technology I need to educate and improve the quality of someone’s life. I can change someone’s life through their dental health. I can offer sedation and choices to make an informed decision based on what’s best for them taking fear and finance out of their decision. I'm proud to work at PID because our practice provides a high standard of care. Our doctors are highly skilled and our staff are updated and trained on the latest products and procedures. We have state of the art technology as well as a facility that provides all the dental specialties under one roof to better serve our patients. We offer sedation. I would refer family or friends to PID because I have the confidence they would receive the best care with the latest technology. |
I have been a dental hygienist providing care for more than 30 years. At PID, our hygiene team is often the first introduction to our practice that a new patient receives. We strive to get to know them and what’s important to them about their teeth. We deliver premium dental care in a comfortable atmosphere, including various relaxation options, and treat our patients as family. I'm proud to work at PID because of the way we serve our patients. We exceed expectations in caring for our family of patients. I have referred numerous friend, family and members of the school and sports community to our team for their dental care. |

I have been a dental assistant for over 10 years and have worked at PID for 5 years. I have a 5 year-old daughter with whom I love spending time. I love my job and working with our patients every day. I'm proud to work at PID because I love the level of service we give our patients, and I love how we make our patients feel like family. |
I am a Dental Assistant. I am here to comfort and assist our patients. I graduated from Kaplan College and have been working as an assistant for about 4 years. I have been with PID since 2014. I have gained a lot of knowledge working here at PID because our office is always seeking new technology. I'm proud to work at PID because our doctors always do what is best for the patients and are very conservative with treatments. We always update our technology to improve the experience of our patients. I would refer family and friends to PID because our office cares for everybody, and treats all our patients with the utmost respect. Our office wants to do what is right for our patients. |
I graduated from the College of Health Care Professions with a Certificate in Dental Assisting in 2015. I have two handsome sons who bring me love and joy every day and am happy to be part of the PID team. I enjoy helping others and learning new things, and Professionals in Dentistry is a wonderful place to serve our patients alongside the doctors and to keep up with the newest technology in dentistry. |
I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of the Professionals in Dentistry team for 20-plus years. My responsibilities include helping patients schedule their treatment with Dr. Little, Dr. McBride, and Dr. Stites. I assist in the business office with answering phones, managing payments and insurance, and going over treatment plans with patients. We have a really great team here in our office and we love helping our patients change their lives through their smiles. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy our family, including our wonderful grandchildren. We also enjoy live music and music in general, gardening, and searching for great BBQ. We love our life here in South Central Texas. |
I have been a registered dental assistant for 14 years with dental business office experience for 8 of those. Professionals in Dentistry has allowed me to continue working in both of these areas. I work primarily as the practice insurance coordinator, but you can still catch me assisting the doctors in the treatment rooms. I enjoy helping our patients feel comfortable in many areas of the office. Having moved to this area two years ago, I am enjoying San Antonio and the friendly people that live here. My family and I love to travel, and we are having a lot of fun discovering new sites around the Hill Country. |
